how does it work during quarantine?

We return and we will open it for individual rentals and by appointment, to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets during the alarm period.
As a federated surfing school, we bring you the measures and rules that we will follow to offer you a safe practice and the measures that you must take before coming. We can surf, yes, but DON'T FORGET that we are still under alarm.
Therefore, for this Saturday, we describe for each of you, a list of the most important rules, as well as preventive measures before coming to school and after the activity.
We believe that we can enjoy the sea during these hours and as we already told you, we are in luck, your sport is presented as one of the safest due to the environment and that it is done individually. Here it goes!

Useful tips before going
​

If you have any of the symptoms, no matter how mild (cough, fever, muscle aches, headache, tiredness, diarrhea, shortness of breath), do not leave the home and start the 112 call protocol and follow the doctor's instructions. .

Taking temperature before leaving the home.

Personal protective equipment to use (masks, gloves, etc ...)

Hand washing before leaving the house (40 seconds minimum).

Use closed footwear (no flip flops) and long pants preferably.

Others (bring a portable bottle of hirdro-alcohol, bring your own bottle of drinkable liquids and marked with initials).

When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue or against your arm with your elbow flexed

Preferably carry a single-use, waterproof "wet suit" compartment.

In the case of SUP practice in rivers, lakes, reservoirs, swamps, etc ..., it would be convenient to collect information on the state of the waters in which it is intended to practice, abandoning this idea, in case of observing contaminated waters. In the same way, it will happen in any specialty of surfing if polluted marine waters are observed in the planned area.

Cancelation policies
​
All activities are provided by SupLife dependents on the number of participants and weather conditions. SupLife surf school reserves the right to cancel this activity if the minimum amount of participants( for surf class) is not reached as well as if the weather condition poses a threat to provide the activity. In case the activity is canceled by SupLife surf school, the company will give a full refund of your payment by the same method your payment was done. The activity is organized by SupLife and SoyErasmus Travel Agency is the main provider for selling ticket points.
The program may have last-minute changes such as modification of place, hour, etc will be notified through email, the customer is responsible to provide a valid email and consult it even within 24h before the activity.
Cancellation: management fees: € (not reimbursable). The cancellation must be 24h and notified by email to suplifevalencia@gmail.com
