Help for British students applying for a Spanish student visa

Applying for a visa can be a stressful thing to do especially given all of the uncertainty that comes from it being such a new process for British citizens. The information below hopefully will help to make the already stressful process of moving abroad, just that little bit easier.

Where do I start?

· There are 3 Spanish consulates in the UK where you can apply for a student visa: London, Manchester and Edinburgh.

· Each of these consulates has a jurisdiction, so depending on where you live you will have to apply to a specific consulate.

· Each of the consulates have different requirements for the application.

· To request a visa appointment, you should email the consulate under your jurisdiction stating: Your name, nationality, passport number, phone number, address, type of visa you are wanting (student), reason for request and desired appointment date.
