Hola Roomie Valencia S.L.  respects the privacy of each Client and undertakes to apply any necessary means to ensure confidentiality of personal data disclosed by the Client. Below you will find the basic privacy provisions which Hola Roomie undertakes to follow unconditionally pursuant to the Spanish ORGANIC LAW 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data Collection

Seeking to ensure qualitative service as well as protection from fraud, the Client is asked to fill in the correct personal information in the registration form.

Data Usage

All the information collected is used for the purpose of processing Client’s orders qualitatively and expeditiously. Hola Roomie reserves the right to inform all the Clients about major changes in the service system by email or phone and conduct the survey striving for higher quality of service. Hola Roomie undertakes not to use the Client’s personal data for illegal purposes. Non personal data, such as information related to services (products) purchased by the Client, can be used by Hola Roomie, for statistical reasons.

Hola Roomie undertakes to take any necessary means to ensure safety of the Clients’ personal data. All the information gathered is protected by passwords from the third parties and is stored in safe servers. Upon the Client’s request, all the personal information on the Client can be deleted irretrievably.

Hola Roomie undertakes not to disclose the Client’s personal data to any third party, except for the following cases:

1.  The name, surname and telephone number of the Client can be disclosed to the employees of Hola Roomie Company only if such information is necessary to    perform their duties. Such information is kept confidential by the employees and kept safe from the third parties;

2.  If Hola Roomie is acquired by the third party, the database with Clients’ information may constitute part of the asset acquired;.

3.  If it is required by the EU laws.

 

Usage of Cookies

Cookies constitute part of information which Hola Roomie sends to the computer of the website user so that it could ensure better user comfort and collect statistical data.
