For a long time, this amazing city has been the capital of Spain. Different kingdoms influencing its appearance have made it a unique place which has a lot to offer. With plenty of monuments and cultural heritage, it is easy to see why it has been declared a World heritage site since 1986! You can see the influence of Arabs, Christians and Jews who lived here side by side, sometimes in peace and other times not so much.

But it´s not only the historical side that makes this city a must see. Have you ever seen a city with electrical stairs just on its side? No? As Toledo is located on a hill, they put them on the side of the hill to reach the historical center easier from the new parts of the city.

Food lovers can find the traditional Marzipan of Toledo, which offers a rich taste and a unique culinary experience. Maybe it has its origin right here, but who knows?

If you are more of an adventurous person, don´t worry, Toledo offers something for you as well! For just 10€ you can ride a Zip-line that starts close to the center and goes all the way to the other side of the river.
