Cancelation policies : 

All activities are provided by SoyErasmus dependents on number of participants and weather conditions. SoyErasmus travel agency reserves the rights to Cancel this activity if the minimum amount of participants is not reached as well as if the weather condition pose a threat to provide the activity .In case the trip is canceled by SoyErasmus travel agency , the company will give full refund of your payment by the same method your paymet was done. The  trip is organized by SoyErasmus travel agency is the main provider for selling ticket point . 

The program may have last minute changes such as modification of place,hour, etc will be notified through email, the customer is responsible to provide a valid email and consult it even within 2h before the trip. 

Cancellation: management fees: € (no reimbursable). The cancellation must be notified by: email to info@soyerasmus.com  Penalties: a) 50% of the trip amount, if the customer cancels between 1 month and 15 days before the date of travel.b) 75% of the trip amount, if you cancel between 14 days and 10th. c) 100% of the total amount, if you cancel from the 9th day before the trip.  

since we did not reach enough customers for this trip to provide the service we would like to suggest you if you would like to travel with us to Montanejos on Sunday 27 October

The payment is 21 EUR / if you paid for Caves or the price 25 EUR for Peniscola trip we will give you refound for the renst of the payent. 

Please , let us know if you would like to replace your trip to Montanejos . In case you would like to make refound / please let us know
