ITINERARY

FIRST DAY

6:00 AM: Meeting at Mestalla stadium

6:30AM: Departure from Mestalla stadium

11 AM: Arrival in Barcelona. We can have a stop to go to the bathroom and for a coffee and then we will start our tour 😍

PLANNING OF THE TOUR:

11:30 AM > Always by bus, we will pass by the Agbar Tower, one of the main symbols of Barcelona. You will have the opportunity to see how high it is (third highest building in Barcelona!) and a great piece of modernist architecture.

11:45 AM > Then, we will head to Plaza España to then have a stop at the Montjuic area for about an hour. There, we will discover and explain many of the attractions of one of the most visited neighborhoods in Barcelona. Do not hesitate to have our blog with you: https://www.soyerasmusvlc.com/post/montjuic-discover-the-heart-of-barcelona

We wrote it so that you can have an article with you with all the pictures

12:45 AM> stop for lunch for an hour

13:45 > After lunch, it will be time to visit the aesthetic Gothic Area of Barcelona. Like with Montjuic, the visit will last 1/1:30 hours. The Gothic area is historically a veritably important area, which is why we decided to include it in our walking tour; a mix of history and architecture that is maybe a bit difficult to understand and discover on its own. As with Montjuic, here you have our blog/guide for the Gothic Area: https://www.soyerasmusvlc.com/post/explore-the-historically-rich-gothic-quarter  ;)

16:15 > Our next step is the infamous Sagrada Familia; we will always go there by bus to take a look at the imperial cathedral all together. If you want to visit the inside, you can go and later you can join us!

16:30 > That is the end of our planned tour, now you have your free time!! We will go to Plaza Catalunya and from there you can go and visit whatever you wish

After dinner  🍲🍺🍷 > we will go back to the city, you will have dinner where you prefer and then  it’s time to enjoy Barcelona’s vibrant nightlife! We have a free entrance to a nice club for you

When we are finished with the party🤩💃  , we will go back to our hostel all together!

SECOND DAY

FREE TIME

14:00 > We meet at Plaza Cataluña - Hard Rock café, bus stop to go to Montserrat.

15:00 > We arrive in Montserrat to enjoy its breathtaking view and to visit the monastery for those who want it. You will have free time to eat and chill 😋😊

16:45-17:00 > We go back to Valencia from Montserrat😞😢 and we will arrive around 21:45 -22:00.

TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS

1 → In order to stay posted about everything during the trip, please join our Whatsapp group.

It’s very important also in case you will have problems or important questions, since we will separate during the free time.

2 → If you are planning to visit any specific place or museum (such as La Sagrada Familia or Casa Batllò) make sure to reserve your ticket in advance!! As you may know, Barcelona is one of the top tourism destinations and its museums and attractions are always crowded and they easily sell out.

3 → Pay attention to your personal belongings!! Barcelona unfortunately has a bad reputation 😲😒 when it comes to this, since many pickpockets happen everyday, especially to tourists that are usually distracted while sightseeing the city. Keep always a hand on your bag and try not to leave things in your pockets (in particular if you cannot close them). Just a bit of attention and everything will go smoothly 😊😘

4 → Beside attractions like museums, book also the restaurants where you want to eat during the evening, since it takes only a few hours for restaurants to have everything booked and not miss your favorite food  🍕🥗🍱🥘
